Green Belt housing and new secondary school allowed in Surrey

The Secretary of State has allowed an appeal by Berkeley Homes (Southern) Ltd and the Howard Partnership Trust against the refusal by Guildford Borough Council of permission for 295 dwellings and a replacement secondary school in the Green Belt at Effingham, Surrey.
