Farringdon East Oversite Development

An appeal made against the City of London Corporation’s decision to refuse to grant planning permission for an office and retail development above the Farringdon East Crossrail Station. The case concerned the impact of the proposed building on the setting of nearby heritage assets including the Grade II* listed Smithfield East Market Buildings, and Charterhouse Square. Neil Cameron QC acted for the City of London Corporation.
