Reserved matters appeal by Peel Land and Property (Ports) in relation to a very large mixed use regeneration development of part of Chatham docks. The issues related to appearance, landscaping, layout and scale and involved expert evidence from several architects and urban design witnesses. Graeme represented the Council in opposing the appeal. Appeal dismissed.
