Central Bedfordshire Development Strategy Examination in Public

Charles Banner appeared for O&H Properties, the promoters of a new settlement of up to 5,000 dwellings at Marston Valley in Bedfordshire, at the sessions of the Central Beds Development Strategy EiP on compliance with the Duty to Co-Operate and the soundness of the proposed housing requirement. On 19 February 2015 the Inspector published his findings, holding that (as had been submitted by O&H Properties) the Council had not complied with the Duty to Co-Operate.
