Birches Crematorium Appeals

Graeme represented All Faiths Remembrance Parks Limited and Armstrong UK Developments Limited at (i) an appeal against an Enforcement Notice requiring inter alia the demolition of a crematorium building and restoration of gardens of remembrance to an agricultural field and (ii) 2 planning appeals relating to changes to the building and the landscaping of the gardens. The Enforcement Notice was varied to require works to the gardens of remembrance. The alterations to the building were granted planning permission.
