AONB and Heritage Coast inquiry closes

The 6 day public inquiry into proposals to build 43 new homes beyond the settlement limits of Aldeburgh, in the Suffolk Coasts and Heaths Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Suffolk Heritage Coast has closed.  Issues concern Appropriate Assessment, 5 year housing supply, landscape character and visual impact, locational sustainability and the sustainable growth of Aldeburgh in terms of the need for more open market and affordable housing.
