Woodhouse School v Webster

Stephen Whale successfully represented the former Head of Care at a specialist school, following earlier successes in the employment tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal in the course of the same litigation. The Court of Appeal concluded by a majority that there had been no unfairness by the employment tribunal, and that there was nothing perverse in its judgment.
