Tom acted for the tenants in a claim for extended leases of four flats in a block above Warren Court underground station converted from offices. There was a dispute about the lease terms, and in particular whether the lease should restrict use to residential. There was also a dispute about valuation, including whether the cost of converting offices to flats should be disregarded.
