Vickers v Jackson [2010] EWHC 2213 (Ch)

Court held that a charge over land was a sham that purported to secure debts that did not exist. The doctrine of ex turpi causa did not preclude the claimant from asserting sham. Successfully represnted the claimant on claim and defence to counterclaim
