“Occupy London” campaigners occupied a disused bank building and the bank sought and obtained an injunction and possession order against occupiers. The occupiers sought have these set aside by reference to articles 10 and 11 of the European Convention on Human Rights. Roth J refused the applications on the grounds that these defences had no reasonable prospect of success at trial.
