Legal challenge to an aspect of the compulsory purchase order for the Olympic sites for the 2012. Case important because of the need to ensure that the site was clear by mid 2007 to allow construction of the Olympic proceedings to proceed on time.
There were two related cases - important for the same reasons - especially Smith v Secretary of State [2007] EWHC 1013 (Admin).
