Permission refused for Parish Council to claim JR of grant of planning permission for residential development contrary to made Neighbourhood Plan. The Written Ministerial Written Statement dated did not warrant reference back to committee because the housing land supply was less than 3 years. Increased OAN following making of the Neighbourhood Plan also justified the Council’s decision deeming housing supply policies out of date in the context of para. 49 of the NPPF. Angmering PC v.
