R (on the application of MR) v Secretary of State for the Home Department

Nathalie acted for the Defendant (the Secretary of State) in a Judicial Review of a decision to cancel the claimant’s passport who had been linked to terrorist activity in Syria.

It was held that the decision was not flawed on public law grounds nor did it infringe free movement rights under EU law.
