R (on the application of JH and FW Green Ltd) v South Downs National Park Authority [2018] EWHC 604 (Admin)

Judgment was handed down today in R (on the application of JH and FW Greed Ltd) v South Downs National Park Authority [2018] EWHC 604 (Admin). The case was concerned with a challenge to a planning permission granted by South Downs National Park to Home Grown Hotels (the owners of the Pig brand of hotels) for the conversion of a large grade II listed private house to an hotel in the National Park.
