R (on the application of Detention Action) v First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) [2015] EWCA Civ 840

Acting for the respondent in an appeal by the Lord Chancellor against a High Court decision which found the Detained Fast Track (DFT) appeals to be unlawfully fair to asylum seekers. The Appeal Court held the DFT to be systemically unfair and unjust, the appeal was dismissed.
