Case

R (on the application of Clear Channel UK Ltd) v London Borough of Tower Hamlets

In this case Clear Channel sought the quashing of a notice served by the Council under s.11 of the London Local Authorities Act 1995 requiring the removal of an advertising hoarding. The case deals with the legality of the decision making process (delegated powers), the Councils powers to serve the notice, deemed consent, and the so-called right to revert.
