Home > Cases > R (Kaziu) v Secretary of State for the Home Department [2014] 4 All ER 133

The question of whether a grant of citizenship was a nullity was a question of fact, for the court, and not one for the reasonable judgment of the Secretary of State. However, the grant was a nullity if there was deception as to identity (permission granted to appeal to the Court of Appeal).
