R (Halebank Parish Council) v Halton Borough Council [2012] EWHC 1889

Acting for the Parish Council in their successful judicial review challenge to Halton BC’s grant of planning permission for a large warehouse (for Amazon). The Parish Council also succeeded in their argument that they were entitled to a protective costs order in these proceedings.
