Pearce v Connelly [2017] UKUT 39 (LC)

Acting for the objectors in a case concerning the modification of a restrictive covenant preventing construction of more than one house. The issue was whether the covenant secured practical benefits of substantial value or an advantage. It was held that it did not and an application under ground aa of the Law of Property Act 1925 s.84(1)(aa) was allowed.
