Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) (6 days): Acting for TfL as acquiring authority in relation to a claim arising from the compulsory acquisition of land for Crossrail. The Claimants claimed over £4m representing alleged loss of future earnings from their scrap metal businesses, as well as disturbance costs. The Tribunal awarded £40k.
