Market Row v Louise Barron (CLCC Chancery List)

Acts for lessor in a series of 1954 Act and forfeiture disputes involving a nightclub in Brixton. Obtained summary judgment strike out and succeeded on appeal. The dispute raised  questions of estoppel, whether tenant was in occupation at the term date and whether it had a controlling interest in the occupying company under s.23(1A) of the 1954 Act.
