Home > Cases > Main v Minister for Legal Aid

I acted for the Minister resisting a claim under article 2(right to life), that legal aid should be granted for an inquest into deaths in a train crash. This is the leading case on when article 2 applies where the state is not directly responsible for the death.

Instructed by Treasury Solicitors.
