Jones v Welsh Assembly Government [2008] EWHC 3515 (Admin)

Pursuant to paragraph 12 of Schedule 15 to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (“the WACA”) the Claimant challenges an Inspector’s Order Decision confirming the Ceredigion County Council (Footpath 49/29/M) Definitive Map Modification Order 2004 (“the Order”). By the Order, the local authority, the Ceredigion County Council (“the CCC”) ordered that the Definitive Map for its area was to be modified by adding a footpath which runs from Hill Street to join a rear service road around adjoining playing fields as a public right of way.
