Representing the Interested Party in a HC challenge by CPRE to the grant of planning permission for substantial extension of Legoland. Site in the Green Belt and adjacent to SAC. Main issue was lack of Appropriate Assessment and whether Committee misled in relation to impact on veteran trees (October 2019). Court of Appeal (April 2021).
