High Court rejects an application made under CPR Part 35.9 by tenant for information relating to landlord's business holding that the information was irrelevent to any valuation issue. The court applied the principles in Cornwall Coast v Cardgrange and IRC v Lynall. David Holland QC appeared for the landlord.
