George Wimpey UK Limited v Tewkesbury Borough Council [2007] EWHC 628

A case dealing with the adequacy of reasons given by a planning authority in Modifications to a Local Plan. Following Save the Judge found that one of the ways in which it is possible to judge whether a local planning authority is making a judgement which is unreasonable is to see how it responded to objections to that judgement. This is useful template for decision makers in the Plan process.
