Application for an interim injunction to restrain continued residential provision without connection to a District Heating Facility in accordance with a s.106 agreement, ie with provision only for individual conventional gas boilers. This was the first phase of a strategic residential development, underlining the importance of compliance with the agreement. An interim injunction was granted and terms subsequently agreed securing connection to the DHF.
