Enforcement Notice Convictions

Appearing for Wealden DC in its successful prosecution in the Crown Court of a Defendant who breached the Enforcement Notice served against him by incorporating an adjoining paddock in his garden, and populating his garden with a unusual statuary. The conviction was upheld on appeal.
