Camilla Lamont successfully appeared for the appellant landlord, Dependable Homes Ltd, before the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) against a decision of the LVT determining the premium to be paid on the grant of new lease under the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993. It was held that the Upper Tribunal had no jurisdiction on a rehearing to award a premium lower than that contended for by the tenant before the LVT and that the Graph of Graphs represented the best guide to relativity, applying Arrowdell Ltd v Coniston Court (North) Hove Ltd [2006] EW Lands LRA/72/2005.
