Acting for TfL in respect of a compensation claim brought by dispossessed owner of land at Dean Street and Chapel Street, London.  Issues concern value attributable to prospects of site redevelopment in the absence of the Crossrail scheme (the site now housing Crossrail's Tottenham Court Stadium).
