Chichester DC v SSHCLG

SSHCLG [2018] EWHC 2386 (Admin). Acting for SSHCLG defending the Inspector’s decision where he had found that a housing proposal outside the settlement boundary did not conflict with the Neighbourhood Plan, notwithstanding it conflicted with one of its aims; and that the decision would inevitably have been the same. Judgment for SSHCLG.
