Challenges to adoption of Local Plan

Robert Walton is acting for Richmond London Borough Council in relation to two High Court challenges to its decision to adopt its Local Plan. Issues concern the adequacy of the EiP Inspector’s reasoning, hic conclusions as to soundness, and the failure to make mooted Main Modifications.
