Acted for the promoter (Veolia) in relation to challenges to the Environment Agency's decision to grant a PPC Permit in respect of an Energy from Waste Plant proposed for Newhaven to serve the needs ofEast Sussex (R (oao) Day v. Environment Agency an another).
