Castlegroom Ltd v Enoch (No.2) [2003] 2 EGCR 54

The LVT held that an increase in property prices did not constitute a "change of circumstances" giving the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal jurisdiction to re-visit the premium payable for the freehold of a block of flats.
