Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber): acting for the LDA in relation to claims for compensation arising from the compulsory acquisition of land to promote the London Olympics. The claim related to loss of profits from a waste recycling facility which had been relocated to temporary premises facilitated by the LDA with main issues of rule 6 losses, remoteness, and the duty to mitigate.
