On Saturday morning Professor Jonas Ebbesson, Chair of the Aarhus Compliance Committee spoke at the UKELA annual conference on “The Aarhus Convention: Access to Justice Compliance by the UK”
He mentioned two new communications concerning alleged non-compliance the United Kingdom which the Committee had held to be admissible:
1] C/85: on costs and premium for after‐the‐event insurance
2] C/86: on costs in private nuisance cases
