Landmark is teaming up with Exponent to hold a breakfast briefing on fracking litigation.

Katherine Holland QC will look at possible civil claims arising out of fracking. Beverley Parrish of Exponent is speaking on “Lessons from US fracking litigation, the science and dispelling some myths”. James Maurici QC is speaking on public law litigation and fracking and looking at  R.(Frack Free Balcombe Residents Association) v West Sussex CC[2014] EWHC 4108 (Admin) in which James appeared for West Sussex.
