James Maurici is speaking at the Bar European Group’s Annual Conference in Dubrovnik, Croatia being held on 26 – 27 May 2013.
The conference title is “EU law and International law: two jurisdictions separated by a common language?” James Maurici is speaking on “Cross-border practice issues: Environmental law” in a session chaired by Lord Justice Elias. James will be focussing on the relationship between the EU and the Aarhus Convention.
