Home > Climate Change and the Courts

Lord Carnwath was on BBC Radio 4’s Law in Action this week discussing whether the courts should play a role in arguments about climate change. He is one of the speakers at a joint UKELA, PEBA and ALBA event on 1 December to coincide with COP21/CMP11 looking at climate change and the courts, considering what is the future role of national courts, lawyers and the rule of law in dealing with climate change issues.
