Alistair Mills’s Paper on NHS Reconfiguration Cited in HC Library Briefing Paper

On 9 October 2017, the House of Commons Library published a Briefing Paper on the Reconfiguration of NHS Services (England) – Briefing Paper no. 8105. This cites a paper by Alistair Mills, entitled ‘Reconfiguration of NHS Services, Patient Engagement Duties on CCGs and NHS Trusts and the Role of Local Authorities’ from February 2016, in relation to the content of s.242 consultation duties on NHS Trusts.
