The Ministry of Justice has just launched a consultation entitled “Costs Protection in Environmental Claims Proposals to revise the costs capping scheme for eligible environmental challenges” proposing various changes to the Aarhus costs rules. Landmark Chambers is running a seminar on the Aarhus Convention on 12 October 2015.
These changes will be amongst the subjects looked at by James Maurici QC, David Blundell and Charles Banner.
