R (Norwich Livestock Market Ltd) v Norwich City Council [2018] EWHC 648

A challenge to the decision of Norwich City Council to sell land on which a cattle market had been operated for many years under the Norwich City Council Act 1984. The Court held that the Council was in breach on sections 4 and 8 of the Act. John Litton QC acted for the successful claimant.
