Public inquiry opens in Post Office Horizon IT case

On Monday 14 February 2022 a public inquiry opened on the Post Office Horizon IT case. The Inquiry will hear evidence from subpostmasters who were prosecuted, sued and dismissed by Post Office Limited from 2002 to 2014. The scandal has been described as the greatest miscarriage of justice in recent legal history. Christopher Jacobs is representing 148 Core Participants in the Inquiry.
