Brooke Lyne of Landmark Chambers is one of four barristers who have co-authored a new textbook aimed at pupils and junior civil practitioners. The book provides a practical step-by-step guide about how to approach the types of hearings that are commonly encountered by junior practitioners. The book is divided up into four sections: general civil and personal injury, landlord & tenant; employment; and chancery & commercial. The book is available immediately at all good legal bookshops and will also be available as an option to be purchased from Sweet & Maxwell alongside the White Book. Brooke is a specialist property practitioner and has written the landlord & tenant chapters. The other authors are Clare Elliott (Hailsham Chambers), Chloë Bell (Outer Temple) and Emma Horner (Four Stone Buildings).
