Planning Permission granted for 350 Dwellings in Blagrove Lane

Permission granted on appeal for 350 dwellings and SANG at Blagrove Lane, Wokingham.  A copy of the decision may be accessed here. 

A Berkeley scheme, in outline and without a supporting allocation, has been approved on appeal despite objections on ‘gap’ and landscape; Wokingham BC was found to have a ‘declining’ land supply and the site was sustainably located.
