In this article, Peter and Chandni discuss when leasehold restrictive covenants can be modified or discharged under s.84 Law of Property Act 1925, including the “practical benefits” test in light of Great Jackson Street Estates Ltd v The Council of the City of Manchester [2025] EWCA Civ 652).
