Landmark Chambers leads the field in Planning Resource's 2026 Law Survey

2 LS26 CMS Barristers

Landmark Chambers’ award-winning Planning team is once again strongly represented in Planning Resource's highly respected survey of leading planning barristers.

The 2026 list includes 17 Silks and 15 Juniors, as well as five barristers recognised in the Under 35 category.

Based on feedback from clients, the annual survey highlights the top-rated planning KCs, leading juniors, and standout barristers under 35. It also identifies the highest-rated practitioners across key areas, including residential, retail, and infrastructure.

Landmark is strongly represented among the top-tier Silks, with five of the top ten: Sasha White KC (second), followed by Rupert Warren KC (third), Zack Simons KC, James Maurici KC, Matthew Reed KC and Russell Harris KC.

Graeme Keen KC makes a notable return to the rankings at 15th, while Melissa Murphy KC is ranked joint 16th, making her the second highest-ranked female planning silk.

Nick Grant tops both the Junior and Under 35 categories, and is also ranked across the residential, retail and infrastructure lists. He is joined in the Junior top 10 by Hashi Mohamed (joint second), George Mackenzie, Matthew Henderson and Heather Sargent.

Landmark also secures five places in the Under 35 top 10, with Nick Grant ranked first, followed by Odette Chalaby (second) and Matthew Henderson (third), alongside Isabella Buono and Kimberley Ziya.
