The Court of Appeal has quashed a High Court judge’s decision to overturn an inspector’s approval of plans for the 50-home mixed-use redevelopment of a photographic studios site, bringing to a close a decade-long “planning saga”. Sasha White KC, who appeared for the developer, comments on the long-running litigation in Planning Resource.
