191 new homes allowed in Arun on appeal

A planning inspector has allowed two appeals and granted permission for two alternative schemes - one for 191 homes and another for 167 homes - on the Rustington Golf Centre site on the edge of Angmering. Zack Simons and Isabella Buono acted for the Appellant, instructed by Jessica Sparkes of Barratt David Wilson Homes. Jacqueline Lean acted for Arun District Council, instructed by the Council’s solicitor. The decision is available here.
