New Appointments to the Attorney General’s Panel of Special Advocates

We would like to congratulate Matthew Fraser, Miranda Butler, and Natasha Jackson, who have been appointed to the Attorney General’s Panel of Special Advocates.

This prestigious appointment recognises their exceptional expertise in public law and national security matters. Special Advocates play a vital role in proceedings involving sensitive material, acting in the interests of justice where disclosure to the individual concerned is not possible. Special Advocates appear in closed material proceedings (CMP) in a variety of courts and tribunals.

They join Landmark’s Tim Buley KC, who continues to serve on the Panel, further strengthening Landmark’s reputation as a leading set in public and human rights law.
